Privacy
Information you choose to share
When you contact Ash Foundry Solutions, we receive your name, work email, message and type of challenge, along with any optional company and telephone details you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, account numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use your information to respond, understand your needs, discuss possible work and manage our business relationship. An inquiry is not a subscription to marketing messages. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for advertising profiles.
Who handles it
Inquiry information is available to the people authorized to handle your request and the service providers needed to operate the website and email. We use Amazon Web Services for hosting, storage and notification delivery, and Google Workspace for email. We may also disclose information when required to address a legal obligation or protect the service.
Website preferences and security
The website stores your light or dark appearance preference in your browser. This launch does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Technical security information, such as connection details and error records, may be processed to protect and operate the website. Administration uses separate authenticated sessions.
Retention and deletion
We review inquiries at least monthly and normally remove inquiries that do not become client matters no later than 90 days after the last meaningful contact. Relevant information may be retained longer for ongoing work or a specific legal obligation. Delivered email copies are managed separately under the same inquiry policy. Recovery copies follow a separate rolling retention schedule: current backups are set to expire after 30 days and noncurrent versions after a further 30 days. Recovery-copy deletion is not immediate.
Contact and requests
Contact hello@ashfoundry.solutions to ask about the information you have provided or request a correction or deletion. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. If relevant information must be retained for ongoing work or a specific obligation, we will explain that limitation.
